Unlike many consultancies that specialize only on PPC or only on Account Health, De Ville Consulting has experience in the full spectrum of running an Amazon account. From PDP visibility, A9 SEO, and "Alexa for Shopping" (previously Rufus/COSMO), to PPC management, coupons, and search suppressions, we have run Amazon accounts from top to bottom.

It is unwise and ineffective to create solutions for any business before understanding the unique qualities of that business. Our process begins with a free 15-minute call to discuss the issues you're experiencing with your account. If it is mutually decided to go forward, you will next receive a comprehensive business questionairre that will help us understand more about your company. This is usually followed by a deep dive of the account data to find and diagnose problems and develop a plan around your specific situation and category. Upon receiving the analysis, you can decide to move forward implementing solutions yourself, or choose to retain our services for implementation and/or ongoing account management.

The frequency of set communication is up to you. All client inquiries are answered within 24 hours during regular business days. Additionally, we will contact you outside of the agreed-upon set frequency whenever something pressing or notable has occurred on the account (e.g. new Rank ceiling, new Badge, stockouts, suppressions, etc.). Our preferred communication style is to keep everything in writing whenever possible, via email, to make it easier for you to look back on all previous communication whenever needed. However, one-on-one calls will also be arranged as requested. We strive to keep our communication style open, using plain language and clear descriptions, and avoiding marketing buzzwords that sound impressive but convey little.

At De Ville Consultiing, we are dedicated to full transparency. No Amazon data is off limits, no questions go unanswered, no process you wish to learn is too "secret" to share. We will never contact Amazon directly without your approval, and we never secretly apply automation to your account. Every report downloaded and utilized for account analysis can be shared with you via your ShareFile, Dropbox, or other file-sharing service. We are passionate about making sure you feel informed, included, and confident about the running of your Amazon account.

At De Ville Consulting, we believe that human minds and real-life experience are far more productive and useful than any LLM's ability to write long paragraphs in response to simple questions. Each client sets their expectations for the use of AI to automate basic time-consuming tasks, but we will never use any AI bot, agent, or service to make changes to your account. If your company has a strict no-AI policy, this can be written into your contract, and then we will not utilize it even for simple tasks like data consolidation.
